Called to Serve
Growing up Dr. Shipley wanted to be an orthopedic surgeon. But after seeing the difference dentistry could make during a mission in Guatemala, he felt called to serve people through dentistry by bringing healing smiles, beautifully.
Dental Education
He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is also bilingual (Spanish) and is pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from Southeast Missouri State University. With enriching experiences in both public health and on mission trips, he has a deep passion for serving others.
Healing Smiles
As an advocate for healing smiles, oral health prevention, and the availability of urgent dental care for families, Dr. Shipley believes dentistry is an experience to heal, lead, serve and enrich the lives of others.
Passion
Dr. Shipley’s passion for crafting beautiful smiles has led him to complete advanced educational opportunities in all aspects of dentistry, including cosmetic innovations. He is a graduate of the highly regarded Kois Center and is a candidate for accreditation with the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
Home Life
Beyond the office, spending time with his family is most important to him. He also loves cooking (check him out on Instagram @dentist_foodie) and traveling to experience different cultures, food, and opportunities to serve others.
